Therapeutic Thermal Mud Pack

The mud is concentrated in high levels of minerals, which once heated to 40 degrees is applied to all the joints of the body including the spine. The warmth of the mud aids in the relaxation to the muscles and provides a revitalising relief to the aching joints, whilst cocooned in the Hungarian thermal mineral mud a scalp massage is provided to relax the mind and to help drift away, finishing with a cocooning dry wrap.
